Can a Christian truly know, with certainty, that he or she is saved? How do we distinguish between genuine biblical faith and self-delusion?

In 2 Peter, the apostle exhorts all who read his letter to “make their calling and election sure by diligently pursuing the fruit of the Spirit. For in this way, there will be richly provided for you an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 1:11, ESV).

Join us this fall at Trinity Presbyterian Church for a 6-week study featuring Dr. R.C. Sproul’s acclaimed video series, The Assurance of Salvation. Dr. Sproul addresses the vital importance of living in pursuit of holiness over against “easy believism,” helping us explore the relationship between our daily walk and the completed work of Christ on our behalf.
